 Returns & Exchange – Satnam Vision Factory

At Satnam Vision Factory, we aim to deliver quality eyewear and a smooth customer experience. Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging should be intact

• Valid proof of purchase must be available

👉 Exchange is applicable only for products purchased directly from our website

2. Non-Exchangeable And return Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Power (prescription) glasses

• Customized lenses (any type)

• Lenses with special coatings (photochromatic, tinted, blue-cut, etc.)

• Products purchased under offers, discounts, or promotions

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

• Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Share proper photo/video proof (unboxing video recommended)

👉 Once verified:

• Pickup will be arranged within 1–2 working days

• Replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 working days

4. Important Conditions

• No refund will be provided in exchange cases (only replacement)

• Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further exchange or return will be accepted

5. Order Cancellation (Lens Issues)

• If the lens power provided is incorrect, unclear, or not serviceable:

👉 The order may be cancelled

• In such cases:

• Full refund will be processed

• The company will not be responsible for incorrect details provided by the customer

6. General Policy Notes

• Exchange requests without proper proof may not be accepted

• Final approval of exchange is subject to verification by our team.

In case of an approved refund, the final refund amount will be calculated after deducting certain applicable charges as mentioned below:

• Standard shipping charge: ₹70

• Reverse pickup charge: ₹100

• 50% of the lens cost (as per invoice)

🕶️ Frames / Sunglasses / Computer Glasses

• Standard shipping charge: ₹70

• Reverse pickup charge: ₹100

• Fixed handling & convenience fee: ₹60

• These deductions cover logistics, handling, and processing costs

• The final refund amount may vary based on the product type and order value.
